Other things to note
Depending on the days of the week you are staying at Beachcomber Paradise, you may experience general maintenance workers around the exterior of the property that may include, lawn, pool, or utility service workers.
Additionally, the Property Manager will provide you with instruction for ensuring the waste and recycle containers are taken to the roadside on their assigned pick-up days.
Anytime there is an issue that a repair professional needs to enter the property during your stay, the property manager will provide you with details. This type of situation is rare.
There are 2 security cameras located on the front of the garage and the front of the home by entrance. This is for your safety and security.

The pool is very clean with all you need to enjoy a fun day in it. The house is big enough for a large family, the host is very punctual and helpful, responds immediately to msj and is very flexible. If you think of any recommendations, it could be: higher availability of entertainment games for kids. Everything went well overall. Definitely rented again 💯

Did the beach a couple days but really enjoyed just hanging out at the pool! Jesse and Breyan answered all my questions and went out to their way to accommodate a couple of kids under 2! Thank you again and we will rent again if we don't buy something first!

May-21 2024We had a great time at this AirBnb! It fit a group of 8 of us who were in the area for a friend’s wedding. The house was spacious and the pool was a hit. It fit our group perfectly. There was a grill, pantry, and a fully stocked kitchen. The location was pretty good - 25 min drive to downtown, 10 min to the beach - and the neighborhood was beautiful and felt safe. The hosts were extremely flexible/accommodating with check in and out times which we really appreciated. The one recommendation I would have for the future would be to leave more of a supply of items such as paper towels, toilet paper, and shower soaps but that was a minor thing compared to the rest of the stay. We would absolutely recommend this stay!

The person who creates the listing must be a residing guest for the entire stay.
No parking is allowed except in the driveway (4 vehicle maximum).
No parking along the street or in the grass.
Moving furniture is not allowed. All furnishings must remain in their original position at all times.
BBQ Grill must remain in its original place and not be moved. Grill must be cleaned by guest after use and the propane must be turned off. There will be a $35 extra fee deducted from the security deposit if grill is left dirty or the propane is left on.
All garbage and waste must be properly disposed of in designated containers.
Guest agrees to treat the property with care and maintain a safe and clean environment during their stay.
Guest will notify the property associates immediately of any damages that may occur.
Guest will notify property associates immediately of any breakdowns of property systems or appliances that may need repair.
Guests are not allowed to attempt repair of any property contents or systems.
No candles allowed on property.
There is no direct access to the canal allowed.
All reservations are subject to owner screening and approval before they become final. This will occur within 24 hours of the booking.
- If we find you have brought an unauthorized pet onto the property without approval, you will be charged a non-refundable pet fee of $500.
This is a home in a residential neighborhood. Loud music or loud/disruptive guests are now allowed. Noise complaints from the neighbors may be grounds for your reservation to be canceled. Refunds paid based on the cancellation policy.
If you have a stay that is 3 weeks or longer, we require a mid-stay clean for you and your guests. This will be an additional cleaning fee. This will include a full refresh of towels, linens and clean of the home.
